Terms & conditions
Last updated: July 1, 2026
By using Sayla's website or purchasing any service, you agree to these terms. Read them carefully — if you disagree with any clause, please do not use the site or services.
01Definitions
"Sayla" or "we": [Legal entity name], CR No. [CR number], Saudi Arabia. "Client" or "you": anyone using the site or purchasing a service. "Services": the digital marketing services described on the site, whether monthly retainers or one-time packages.
02Scope & delivery
Each service's scope is what's listed on the pricing page at time of purchase; work beyond scope requires a separate agreement and quote.
Work starts after payment confirmation and receipt of essentials from the client (account access, content, permissions). Client delays in providing requirements extend delivery dates accordingly.
We commit to professional diligence and best practice; however marketing outcomes (sales, reach, rankings) depend on factors beyond our control, and we do not guarantee specific numbers unless stated in writing.
03Monthly subscriptions
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly at the same amount until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard (Manage billing); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle with no refund for the remainder of that cycle.
We may adjust plan prices with at least 30 days' notice; the new price applies from the next renewal cycle.
04Payment, invoicing & VAT
Payments are processed by a secure third-party gateway (Stripe or Moyasar); we never store your card details. Prices are in Saudi riyals and exclude 15% VAT unless stated otherwise; a tax invoice is issued for every transaction.
If a renewal charge fails, we may suspend service until dues are settled.
05Client obligations
You confirm that content, marks, and logos you provide are owned by or licensed to you, and you are responsible for their legality. You agree not to use our services to promote products or activities that violate Saudi regulations or ad-platform policies.
Paid media budgets (Snap, TikTok, Meta, Google) are paid by the client directly to the platform and are separate from Sayla's fees unless agreed otherwise in writing.
06Intellectual property
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables created specifically for you (logos, designs, content) transfers to you. Sayla retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing, and retains ownership of its internal tools and methodologies.
07Limitation of liability
Sayla is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as lost profits or opportunities); in all cases, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
08Termination
Either party may end the engagement per the cancellation terms above. Sayla may suspend or terminate service immediately upon material breach of these terms or unlawful use, with notice to the client.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably.
